Shipping
At Hex Date, we are committed to delivering your merchandise as quickly and efficiently as possible. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing. Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, depending on your location. We offer international shipping to many countries; however, please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Hex Date merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached, as well as not a limited item or items sold on sale. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Please note we do not except returns regarding buyers remorse.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at Hexdate@gmail.ocm with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
